What covering should I choose — film or polycarbonate?

6 mil UV-stabilized greenhouse film is the economical standard and works for most growers. Twin-wall polycarbonate panels cost more but insulate better, stand up to hail and high wind, and last longer — a good pick for end walls and harsh sites.
