Detailed Quote For Traditional Greenhouse Frame Work Kit:

For a large greenhouse order, the wholesale price for each unit of 24’x100’x10’ greenhouse framework kit, the discounted price is $2400

This is what is included in the $2400 quote:

1: Dimension:

Hoop width: 23', greenhouse length: 100’, center ridge height: 10’, hoop spacing: 5’.

2: Center hoops:

Made from hot galvanized 1 1/4 inch outside diameter round pipe. Pipe wall thickness is about 14 gauge. These hoops are lightly used.

The center hoops are made of one piece, so you need a minimum 18 to 20 feet long trailer to carry them.

21 center hoops for each greenhouse.

3: Side wall posts:

Each center hoop is paired with two 1.5 inch gOD, 5 feet long galvanized side wall posts.  42 side wall posts per greenhouse.

4: Ground posts:

Each side wall post is paired with one 1.25 inch OD, 2 feet long galvanized ground post.  42 ground posts per greenhouse.

5: End Wall Framing Materials:

End wall is framed with 2x4 lumber, it’s not included in this quote. You need to purchase about 150 linear feet 2x4 lumber to frame the two end walls.

6: Purlin Pipes:

The greenhouse hoops are supported and linked together with purlin pipes. The purlin pipes are 20 foot long, 1 inch OD, 14 gauge galvanized steel pipes. For each greenhouse, 3 rows (300 linear feet) 15 purlin pipes are supplied. We include 5 extra purlin pipes for you, total 20 pipes.

7: Connectors:

Strong and secure hoop to purlin spring connectors, 80 sets.

8: Entrance Door:

Greenhouse entrance door made from galvanized steel metal, you can cover it with plastic membrane. 1 slab doors for each greenhouse.

9: Wiggle Wire Channels and Wiggle Wires:

Strong wind resistant wiggle wire channels and wiggle wires, 400 linear feet for each greenhouse.

10: Self Taping Screws:

1 box 500 pieces self taping screws for each greenhouse.

 

The following items are optional items we carry,  you only pay for items you need.

1: Clear Greenhouse Plastic: $500

New 6mil clear color professional greenhouse plastic, quality with 4 year UV protection, greater than 90% light transmittance, 20% light diffusion, the size is 50’x110’, $500 a piece.

2: Greenhouse Side Ventilation Windows, $400

If you want to build side windows on the two side of your greenhouse, you need these materials:

Plastic roll bar pipes: 10 pieces 20 foot long 1 inch OD galvanized pipes.

Wiggle wire channel and wiggle wire: 200 foot more wiggle wire channel and wiggle wire channels.

Insect blocking screens.

Two manual hand cranks for plastic roll up.

100 pieces 25mm (1 inch) black plastic to roll up pipe clamps

3: Exhaust Fan, 2 40 inch exhaust fan for $700

Each greenhouse needs 2 40 inch 110v 0.75 horse power exhaust fan, two at bottom.

4: Evaporative Cooling Water Walls, 3 for $800

For each greenhouse, 3 pieces of 4’x6.5’x6” evaporative cooling water wall.

5: Galvanized Metal End Wall Framing Materials, $300 

We have lightly used variable length 1”x2” galvanized rectangular pipe that can be used to frame the two end walls, 160 linear feet for $200. Metal end walls will not rot and will not grow mold.

6: HAF fan, horizontal air flow fan, 20 inch, 4 for $500

HAF fan, 220 volts, 4000CFM, $125 each, 4 for $500

7: Shading cloth: 33’x80', $250 each

Shading cloth, 33'x80', 50% shading, $250 each

8: Ground Cover: 10'x300', $200

Ground cover, 10’x300’, $200 each

Greenhouse kit are large and heavy, before you order, please text or call Henry Yu at 630-408-2201 to discuss details for purchasing, delivery, and installation.

Each greenhouse weighs 1000 to 1500 pounds depending on what Optional Items you purchase. The longest pipe is 20 feet long. You need an 20 feet (minimum 18 feet) trailer to take 1 to 4 greenhouses. Bring many, such as 10 tie downs to secure the materials on the trailer, so you don't lose all pieces on the road.

26 foot long Uhaul box truck is the best for transporting greenhouse materials, it can load 5 to 10 greenhouses, and no tie down is needed.

In the last two picture, the trailer was loaded with one greenhouse, the 26 foot long UHaul truck was unloading materials for 5 greenhouses.
