For a large greenhouse order, the wholesale price for each unit of 30’x70’x11’ greenhouse framework kit, the discounted price is $3,000.

This is what is included in the $3,000 quote:

1: Dimension:

Hoop width: 30’, greenhouse length: 70’, center ridge height: 11’, hoop spacing: 5’.

2: Hoops:

Made from hot galvanized 2 ¼ inch outside diameter round pipe, cold formed into an oval shape 30mm x 70mm. Pipe wall thickness is about 14 gauge. These hoops are new, never been used.

Hoops are made of two pieces, joined together in the center.

3: End wall studs:

Precut into 11’ long. Made from hot galvanized 2 ¼ inch outside diameter round pipe, cold formed into an oval shape 30mm x 70mm. End wall studs are new, never been used.

4: Purlins:

5 rows of purlins. Made from hot galvanized 2 ¼ inch outside diameter round pipe, cold formed into an oval shape 30mm x 70mm. Purlins are new, never been used.

5: Base boards:

2 pieces of 2”x6”x70’ long base boards. They are lightly used, in good condition.

6: Hoop to purlin connection:

For each hoop to purlin connection, 1 piece of 2” wide stainless steel band is used to connect hoop and purlin together. Total of 15 hoops x 5 rows of purlins=75 connections.

7: Ground stakes:

2 pieces of ground stakes for each hoop to anchor the hoop into the ground. Made from 1 5/8” outside diameter round pipe.

8: Hoop end connectors:

4 pieces for each hoop to connect the two half hoops into the center and connect the hoop end to the ground stake. Made from 2 5/8” outside diameter round pipe.

9: Self-Tapping Screws:

1 box 500 pieces self-tapping screws to fix the stainless steel bands into the hoops and purlins.

We have lightly used 12” exhaust fan aluminum shutters that we can sell at a discounted price. We can install the exhaust fan aluminum shutters for you. Framing materials needed to install 12” exhaust fan aluminum shutters include about 210 linear feet of aluminum U channel and 210 linear feet of aluminum flat bar. We have these aluminum U channel and flat bar in stock.

Optional Item 13: Steel Truck Bed;

This greenhouse kit can fit into 2 steel truck beds. Each steel truck bed size is about 70’ long x 8’ wide. 1 steel truck bed can carry 70 clamps, 15 hoops, 140 ground stakes, 150 pieces of 5’ long purlins and miscellaneous small boxes. The steel truck bed is stackable. After you unload the greenhouse kit, you can use the steel truck bed as your farm storage. Or you can return the steel truck bed to us and we will refund you the steel truck bed deposit.

Each steel truck bed requires $1500 refundable deposit. Steel truck bed size: 70’ long x 8’ wide, the frame kit will fit on a truck bed 70’+ width.

Optional Item 14: Galvanized Metal End Wall Framing Materials;

We have lightly used variable length 1”x2” galvanized rectangular pipe that can be used to frame the end walls. The price for the framing materials is $0.50/linear foot. We can install the end wall framing materials for you. For galvanized metal end wall framing materials, see Optional Item 14.
